This adjustable threshold or floor mount free-swinging pivot provides 3/16" (5 mm) height adjustment. This pivot provides a 220 lb. (100 kg) weight capacity to support average doors commonly used with patch fittings. A brushed stainless cover plate is provided to finish the installation. The minimal clearance is 3/8" and this can be adjusted 3/16" for a possible total clearance of 9/16."
